Yet the ability to formulate and articulate ideas orally is one of the most important skills needed in every organization. No organization can succeed unless its leaders are able to give clear and concise directions. Not only do leaders need to speak effectively; the new knowledge worker must know how to communicate ideas and messages. Speaking Smart offers a speaking seminar that teaches the art of effective speaking. Effective speaking is an art that with proper guidance and assistance is nurtured, cultivated and developed. This program is an effective speaking boot camp where students gather information, analyze, develop an outline, rehearse, and give speeches throughout the training session.
